Ordering Information

All details about items are available in the item details. If you have questions about the color or a custom request for an item, be sure to email me first by using the Contact link to be sure your request can be met. 

If you are ordering a custom item, expect an email from me within 24-48 hours with proofs to approve for your design. A delay in your response will result in a delay in manufacture. As a reminder, I will not reproduce trademarked material (such as logos, sports team images, Disney, etc.). 

Returns

Due to the customized nature of products, I do not accept returns. I will exchange items for different sizes, as long as they are not personalized. Be sure to check sizing info before ordering to avoid any delays. Clothing and blankets should be in unworn, unused, unwashed condition for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for any exchanges.

If an item is faulty or damaged, I will happily work with you to be sure you are happy with your order. Please contact me as soon as possible with any concerns about your order.

Shipping

Shipping is charged by item. Occasionally we offer free shipping specials using discount codes. Items are generally shipped out on Mondays. Each item is made to order, so time from order to delivery can vary from 1-3 weeks. In most cases, this is noted in the item detail page. All orders will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email. If you paid via PayPal, your tracking information will be available in your PayPal account. Local orders can save on shipping by entering code NORMAN in the Happy Lark Customs cart. 

Discounts

Discount codes are valid when entered in the Happy Lark Customs cart prior to moving to PayPal for payment. If you have trouble with a discount code, contact me and I will work with you to be sure your discount is credited.
